1. Who we are
Yummy Vibes, trading as Dreams Media Digital Co. (“Dreams Media”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operates dreamsmediahub.com and the brands i Love Baby Boutique, Halo Beauty and Halo by Dreams. Yummy Vibes is the registered company and the data controller for personal data collected through this website; Dreams Media Digital Co. is a registered business name it trades under.
Registered address: 1640, 1640 Hill Valley Road
Orange Cove, California, USA. Company registration number: L202520132
Privacy contact: dreamsmedia@gmail.com
2. What this policy covers
This policy applies to dreamsmediahub.com, all three storefronts hosted on it, our digital products store at dreamsmediahub.com, our email and messaging marketing, our on-site chat, and enquiries you send us through social media.
3. The personal data we collect
Information you give us. Your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, phone number, order history, account login details, the content of chat messages and enquiries, product reviews and blog comments, and anything else you choose to send us.
Information collected automatically. Your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, the page that referred you, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and cookie identifiers.
Information you make public. Reviews, ratings, comments and photographs you post on the site are visible to other visitors, alongside the display name you choose. Please do not put anything in them that you would not want published.
Information from others. Payment confirmations and fraud signals from our payment provider, delivery status from carriers, and audience measurement data from advertising platforms if you interact with our ads.
We do not receive or store your full payment card number. Card details are captured directly by our payment provider.
4. Why we use your data, and our lawful basis
Purpose Lawful basis

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means alone. Our payment provider runs automated fraud checks that can cause an order to be declined; if that happens, contact us and a person will review it.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the cart and checkout, and — only with your consent — functional, analytics and marketing cookies. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies through the banner shown on your first visit, and change your choice at any time.

PayPal, which processes payments and carries out its own fraud and sanctions screening
Our suppliers and fulfilment partners, including third-party suppliers who ship items to you directly
Shipping carriers and, where required, customs authorities
Our accountants, insurers and legal advisers
Regulators, law enforcement or courts where we are legally required to disclose
We do not sell your personal data.
7. Sending data outside the U.S
Our hosting, payment, marketing and fulfilment providers are located outside the U.S, so your data will be transferred and stored abroad. Where we do this we put contractual protections in place requiring a standard of protection no less than that required by the Data Protection Act, 2019-29. You can ask us for details of the safeguards we use.
8. How long we keep your data
Order and transaction records: [7] years, to meet tax and accounting requirements
Account and marketing profiles: while your account is active, then [24] months
Chat transcripts and enquiries: [24] months
Analytics data: [26] months
Website and security logs: [12] months
Records of marketing consent: for as long as we rely on the consent, then [3] years
9. How we protect it
The site runs over an encrypted connection, access to customer records is limited to people who need it, and we check that our vendors maintain appropriate security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019-29 you have the right to ask us to give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you; correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete; delete data we no longer have a reason to keep; restrict how we use it; object to processing based on our legitimate interests; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent you have given.
To exercise any of these, email dreamsmedia@gmail.com. We will respond within [30] days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose your data to someone else.
11. Children
This website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We sell products intended for babies and children, but we market and sell them to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Please do not give us more information about a child than the delivery of an order requires. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact yummyvibes@gmail.com and we will delete it.
12. Marketing
We only send marketing messages if you have opted in, and we keep a record of when and how you opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to opt out.
If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may also contact you by SMS or WhatsApp . Reply STOP to any message to stop them. We treat each channel separately, so opting out of email does not opt you out of messages.
Unsubscribing does not stop transactional messages such as order confirmations, dispatch notices and product safety notices.
13. Links to other sites
Our site links to social media platforms and to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
14. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, contact us first at yummyvibes@gmail.com so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commissioner of California.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. If we make a material change we will tell you by email or through a notice on the site.

1. Who you are buying from
All orders placed on dreamsmediahub.com are with Yummy Vibes, a company registered in Calfornia under number L202520132, of 1640 Hill Valley Road
Orange Cove, California, USA
Dreams Media Digital Co., i Love Baby Boutique, Halo Beauty and Halo by Dreams are business names that Yummy Vibes trades under. They are not separate companies. Whichever brand you buy from, your contract is with Yummy Vibes, and Yummy Vibes is responsible for your order.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. By placing an order you confirm that you are.
3. Products, descriptions and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but photographs are illustrative. Screen settings affect how colours appear, fabrics and natural stones vary between pieces, and sizing may differ slightly between suppliers. Minor variation of this kind is not a fault.
We may change product specifications where a supplier changes them or where a change is needed to meet safety or regulatory requirements.
4. Your order and when the contract starts
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email we send immediately afterwards acknowledges your order; it does not accept it. The contract between us begins when we email you to confirm dispatch, or for digital products when we send your download link.
5. When we can refuse or cancel an order
We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price or description was wrong, if we cannot deliver to your address, if we suspect fraud or a breach of these terms, or if we cannot verify your payment or delivery details. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
6. Prices and currency
Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) and may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and may add a conversion fee that we do not control and cannot refund.
Prices [include / exclude] Barbados VAT. Where VAT applies it is charged at [17.5]% and shown [at checkout / in the price].
7. Pricing errors
If we discover an obvious error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
8. Taxes, duties and import charges
For deliveries outside Barbados, you are the importer of record. Any customs duty, import VAT or GST, handling and clearance fees are your responsibility and are charged on top of what you paid us. These charges are set by the destination country, and we cannot tell you in advance what they will be.
If a parcel is refused or abandoned because you will not pay import charges, we will refund the price of the goods less our outbound shipping and any return or destruction costs we incur.
9. Payment
We accept PayPal, including card payments made through PayPal without a PayPal account. Payment is taken when you place your order. Your statement will show PAYPAL Dreams Media Digital Co., not Yummy Vibes. Goods remain our property until we have received payment in full. If a payment fails or is reversed after dispatch, you must pay the outstanding amount or return the goods unused at our request.
10. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If something is wrong with an order, please contact us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than your bank can. If you raise a chargeback on an order we have delivered as described, we will give your card issuer the proof of delivery, the order record and these terms.
Because we take payment through PayPal, you can also open a dispute in the PayPal Resolution Centre. PayPal sets its own deadline for this, currently [180] days from payment; check PayPal’s terms, as they change from time to time. Coming to us first is still quicker.
Where a dispute or chargeback is resolved in our favour, we may recover the fees our payment provider charges us for it. We may also decline further orders from an account with an unresolved dispute.
11. Delivery
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us.
12. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel and return are set out in our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Digital products
When you buy a guide, playbook or template, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use it for your own business or personal use.
You may not resell, share, republish, distribute or give away the files; upload them to a shared drive, file-sharing site or public forum; use them to train a machine learning model; or incorporate them into a product that competes with ours. You may not use the templates to produce work for your own clients.
We own the copyright in these materials and keep it. Your licence ends if you breach these terms.
Because these products are delivered instantly, you are asked to tick a box at checkout agreeing that your right to cancel ends once you access or download the files. If a file is corrupt or you cannot open it, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
Our guides describe strategies and share information. They are not a guarantee of any particular commercial result, and we do not promise specific revenue, growth or outcomes.
14. Gift cards
Gift cards are issued in USD and can be redeemed against any of our brands on dreamsmediahub.com. They are valid for [24] months from the date of issue, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or if the code is shared. If your order costs more than the balance, you pay the difference at checkout; if it costs less, the balance stays on the card.
If you return an item that was paid for with a gift card, we refund that part of the payment as a new gift card. Gift cards themselves are not returnable.
15. Terms that apply to Halo Beauty products
Our beauty and skincare products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Patch-test on a small area before first use, and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Read the ingredient list before buying if you have allergies. Keep out of reach of children and avoid contact with eyes. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or being treated for a skin condition, speak to a doctor before use.
16. Terms that apply to Halo by Dreams jewellery
Each listing states whether stones are natural, laboratory-grown, simulated or treated, along with metal type and fineness. Natural stones vary in colour, clarity and inclusion, and no two pieces are identical.
Check sizing carefully before ordering. We warrant our jewellery against manufacturing defects for [12] months from delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratching, tarnishing from cosmetics or chemicals, accidental damage, loss of stones through impact, or work done by another jeweller, including resizing.
17. Terms that apply to i Love Baby Boutique products
Follow the age guidance, care labels and any warnings supplied with the product. Items with bows, buttons, beads or other small parts are not suitable for children under three unless the listing says otherwise, and can present a choking hazard.
Children should be supervised when using or wearing our products. Electrical items must only be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, and must not be modified, left unattended in use, or used with a damaged cable or battery. Our products do not replace adult supervision.
18. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, Cap. 326D, the Consumer Guarantees Act, Cap. 326E, or the Sale of Goods Act. Goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description and be fit for their ordinary purpose. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of what this document says.
19. Our liability to you
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, and to your statutory rights, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data.
We supply to consumers for private use. If you buy for a business purpose, we are not liable for business losses of any kind.
20. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by something beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather and hurricanes, carrier disruption, customs delay, industrial action, supplier failure, power or network outage, or government action. We will contact you and, if the delay is substantial, you may cancel and receive a refund for goods not yet dispatched.
21. Intellectual property
The site, its text, photographs, layout, the business and brand names Dreams Media Digital Co., i Love Baby Boutique, Halo Beauty and Halo by Dreams, and all downloadable materials belong to us or are used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.
22. Using this website, your account, and content you post
Your account. If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us immediately if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. We may suspend or close an account used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
Acceptable use. You may browse and buy. You may not try to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, interfere with how it runs, scrape or bulk-copy its content, use it to send spam, or reproduce our listings, photographs or copy for a competing store.
Reviews, comments and photographs. You keep ownership of anything you post, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and use it in connection with our business, including in marketing, until you ask us to remove it. By posting you confirm the content is yours, is honest, and does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law.
Please do not post other people’s personal information, or photographs of children other than your own. We may edit or remove content that is abusive, misleading, off-topic, promotional or unlawful, and we are not obliged to publish everything we receive. We do not pay for positive reviews or suppress negative ones; where a reviewer received the product free or at a discount, we say so.
23. Complaints
Contact yummyvibes@gmail.com and we will acknowledge within [2] business days and aim to resolve within [14] days. You may also raise a complaint with the Fair Trading Commission of Barbados.
24. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, and the courts of California have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live in another country, this does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country where you live.
25. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we do not lose the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours if the business is sold, without affecting your rights.
26. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
